Welcome to Skyframe Prints. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Skyframe Prints. Skyframe Prints operates this store and website, skyframeprints.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify.
By visiting our store or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), along with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. Using our store
To place an order you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
2. Our products and your personalization
Our products are custom star map canvases printed to order using the date, place and text you enter. You are responsible for making sure these details are correct, including spelling, the date, the location and any names or message. Please review your preview carefully before checking out. We print what you submit, so we can't offer a free replacement or refund for mistakes in details you entered.
Star maps are generated from astronomical data for the date and place you choose. They are decorative artwork and are not meant for scientific or navigation use. Colors in print may look slightly different from your screen.
You confirm that you have the right to use any text you submit and that it is not unlawful, hateful or infringing. We may decline any order with content we consider inappropriate and refund it in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may change or discontinue products at any time. Payments are processed by PayPal, and you can pay with a PayPal account or with a card through PayPal guest checkout. You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase information.
4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full. Changes and cancellations you request are covered in our Refund policy.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
We ship worldwide, except to the countries listed in our Shipping policy. Shipping is calculated at checkout by country, and any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are paid by the recipient. Details are in our Shipping policy. 6. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on our site accurate and up to date, but it may sometimes contain typos, errors or omissions, including in product descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct them and update information at any time without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The website and our designs, templates, images and text belong to Skyframe Prints or our licensors. Your finished canvas is for your personal use. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Third-party services and links
Our store relies on third-party services such as Shopify, PayPal and our print and shipping partners, and your use of them may also be subject to their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Personal information
Personal information you submit through the store is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as stated in our policies, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyframe Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any product, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Skyframe Prints harmless from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or content you submit for personalization.
12. Severability and termination
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and changes take effect when posted. Using the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
